WHAT IF MY CUT/COLOR FEELS A LITTLE OFF?

No worries at all! I have a 5 day guarantee on all of my services! Just shoot me a quick call or text and I am more than happy to get you back in the chair for whatever adjustments we need to make!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?

I understand life happens! I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, a 50% charge of your service will be required. If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out. I appreciate your understanding!

WHAT IF I REALLY NEED SOME QUIET TIME AND DON'T FEEL LIKE CHATTING?

Silent appointment are 100% allowed and accepted! Just leave me a note when you book your appointment and I will keep the chatting to a minimum!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I MAKE MY APPOINTMENTS?

It really depends! But you can use this guide as a basic cheat sheet:

Short Cuts - 4 to 6 weeks

Long Cuts - 10 to 12 weeks

Highlights - 6 to 8 weeks

Balayage - 12 to 16 weeks

Toner - 3 to 6 weeks

Blowouts - as often as you want  ;)

SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?

Yes! Color takes best and works to its fullest potential on clean, dry hair! In order for me to deliver the best results, I absolutely appreciate you coming in ready to go!
