If a client is 15+ minutes late to their appointment , rescheduling or modifying the appointment may be necessary.
If a client cancels an appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time or no-shows, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds for product purchases will only be considered within 14 days of original purchase. Product must be returned unused and in original packaging.
